The chat runs on Qwen 3.8 27B through OpenRouter, a cloud service, so your messages leave your computer to get a reply. Want it fully private? Point Underdog at a model in LM Studio on your own machine and nothing leaves.
What stays on my device?
Chats aren’t saved anywhere. A conversation lives only in your browser tab and is gone when you close it. Each message you send goes to OpenRouter and the model provider to get a reply. In local mode, nothing leaves your computer.
